Memfes' face has facial fur on the right side. It is unknown if this is peculiar to him, or is a trait of the Gunikars in general.
Memfes is actually a kind-hearted person, despite the fact that he and his kind harassing Adamyans. He has his feelings towards Alena, which however could make her rejected on him.
Memfes put Alena to sleep using his magical flute. Alena attempted to negotiate with him to have peace with the Adamyans. He said he will only agree to such peace if Alena marries him. When he approached, Alena took out the Water Gem, prompting Memfes to flee.
Memfes assisted Alena when she was attacked by Andora and Asval. He shows her his face.
Memfes and the Gunikars rescued Pirena, Danaya and Alena in order to stop Andora's mind control on them.
Memfes and the Gunikars are participated in the final war against Hagorn's forces. Memfes is stabbed by Andora, before Alena kills her. Alena then approached Memfes, who asked if he had the chance of becoming her spouse, but Alena only apologized to him. Memfes continues that he only wanted a new generation of Adamyans that are strong and brave, descended from him and Alena. A light appeared in their hands, as Alena promised that his wish will come true before telling him to rest. Alena leaves while the rest of the Gunikars mourns over Memfes' body.
Hara Alena later bears a son.
Despite not having powers, he seems to be immune from Andora's mind control ability.
Memfes is skilled in infiltration, parkour and assassination.

- Due to Juvila's statement that Gunikar is an Adamyan tribe, it can be said Memfes is one of the tribal leaders composing the territory of Adamya. Imaw's Adamyans can be considered as a tribe within the region as well.
