Basbas is the seventy-first episode of Encantadia. It aired on October 24, 2016.

Summary[]

Imaw uses the Balintataw, so he, Amihan and Danaya learned that Lira had already escaped from Lireo. Ether prevents the Balintataw from revealing what happened to Alena, to prevent them from knowing about Kahlil.

Amihan's forces find a fort-like camp, which Aquil, Muros and Wantuk believed would be more viable against enemy attacks.

Adhara and LilaSari save Lira from the bandidos. Cassiopea attempted to find Lira using her powers, but was unable to do so because Lira was nearby Adhara, who is being protected by Arde. Lira told them that she was Amihan's daughter. Adhara offered to bring Lira back to their camp, "to keep her safe from enemies," but in reality to use her eventually against Amihan.

Amihan uses the Air Gem to make Lira feel her love. Asval uses twin beetles to track down Amihan.

Pirena acknowledged her blunders and said she wanted to learn from them. Agane tells Pirena that she is weak, because of her desire to be loved. Gurna had to restrain Pirena from killing Agane.

Ybarro and Aquil found Amihan. Ybarro was worried about her; Aquil turned away. Amihan told Ybarro to avoid displaying affection for her, because it might be the only way for Alena to return.

Pirena told Gurna that her Fire Gem would return to her, and her father would return it himself.

Trivia[]

  • Ether's voice becomes feminine for the first time
  • The "blessing", which is the episode's title, is supposed to be for Kahlil, according to the trailer, but it was not covered in this episode

Notes
  1. To prevent confusion, episode summaries will never refer to Mira as Lira, even though she would be called as such by the people of Encantadia.
  2. Names in single-quotes refer to characters who have shape-shifted, pretending to be somebody else.
