Paglipad is the forty-ninth episode of Encantadia. It aired on September 22, 2016.

Summary[]

Ades shields Amihan, giving her enough time to escape with some of the hostages. But she unwisely provoked Hagorn too much, so he stabs her. Ades tells Pirena about Minea's last letter, but she died before she could say the specifics.

Amihan, Aquil and Alira Naswen go to Cassiopea, where they learn that the captives who had been left in Lireo were massacred, including Ades. Cassiopea tells Amihan that her true daughter will soon return.

Hagorn orders Agane to take their elite soldiers to the mandirigma camp. Hagorn borrows the Fire Gem, saying that he'll take care of Amihan.

While looking for Muyak, Mila encounters Mira. Mila learns that the lady she had met some time ago was named "Amihan." Mila tells Mira that she is the true daughter of Queen Amihan. Mira did not readily believe, so it was confirmed only when they both vanished and reappeared. They embrace. Mila contacts Anthony for help.

Pirena and Asval taunt each other. Pirena continues to reject him.

Enuo gives Danaya the flute

Danaya returns to Enuo's house. She asked help in finding the Mulawin who saved her earlier, since she has a feeling he would be of great help to her. Rael teases that she liked the Mulawin, which she denied. Enuo takes a Flute of Mulawin and gives it to Danaya. Enuo finally tells Danaya his name, which she recognizes as her father's. Enuo admits he was indeed her father.

When Amihan returned, Ybarro decides to evacuate the mandirigma camp. Hagorn finds it empty and orders the camp destroyed.

Hagorn tells Pirena that Amihan had escaped. Pirena demands the Fire Gem back, but Hagorn retains it on the pretense that he had not yet killed Amihan. Gurna tells Pirena that she must not trust Hagorn, since even relatives could be enemies. She also pointed out that the majority of their forces were Hathors, loyal to Hagorn. Hagorn and Agane discussed the same matter. Hagorn said that if Pirena would prove to be an enemy, he would not have second thoughts on killing anyone, even his relative.

Ybarro brings the refugees to Ascano. Wahid rejects them, but Imaw pleads for compassion.

Pirena sought a report from Icarus as to how many their soldiers were. When Icarus gave it, Pirena said they were too few to protect her from her enemies. She decides to recruit the prisoners from Carcero.

Notes
  1. To prevent confusion, episode summaries will never refer to Mira as Lira, even though she would be called as such by the people of Encantadia.
  2. Names in single-quotes refer to characters who have shape-shifted, pretending to be somebody else.
